RETURNS and EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

EXCHANGE POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and there are a number of options available to return or exchange an item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note, size exchanges for gold and platinum rings may incur a fee. Some rings cannot be resized (for example, full pave eternity rings). Please contact our Client Relations team at\u00a0hello@sayyesinparis.com<\/a>\u00a0for further guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges and refunds are not available on any custom or bespoke items purchased. Please consider this prior to placing your order. If you have any questions before making a purchase, please contact our Client Relations team at hello@sayyesinparis.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAULTS, REPAIRS & REFUNDS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 12 months from the purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the rare case of a faulty item, a refund may be issued upon inspection by our jewellers. In this case, outgoing postage will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manufacturing faults do not include damage or wear and tear, broken chains, cracked or broken stones, or bending of rings or earrings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions and having your jewellery serviced annually by us. Please contact our Client Relations team at hello@sayyesinparis.com<\/a> for more information on this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAKING A RETURN<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To exchange or receive a credit, all jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We do not accept returns for goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition, or shows signs of wear, it will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
